Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 15, 2026
Checkmate Systems ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the data processed within our Crisis Management Command & Control platform (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy dictates how we collect, use, and safeguard operational, personal, and intelligence data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and international data processing standards.
1. Data Collection & Telemetry
Due to the critical nature of our infrastructure, we collect high-frequency telemetric data necessary for the operation of the Platform:
- Geospatial Data: Asset tracking locations, threat vectors, and active operation bounds.
- Account Data: Role-based access credentials (RBAC), authentication logs via Firebase Auth, and user interaction histories.
- Intelligence Feeds: User-submitted SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and CYBER indicators.
2. Use of AI and Analytics
We utilize proprietary autonomous AI agents (powered by Google Vertex AI) to provide tactical forecasting. Data submitted to the AI for analysis is processed within secure boundaries. We do not use customer operational data to train generalized public AI models. Your operation data remains strictly isolated.
3. Data Sovereignty & Storage
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Data is securely stored using Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Customers may request specific data residency configurations based on their enterprise or governmental requirements.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell operational or personal data. We will only disclose operational intelligence externally under the following strict conditions:
- To comply with a valid, legally binding court order or subpoena.
- In the event of an imminent physical threat where immediate disclosure prevents loss of life, subject strictly to applicable international laws.
- With authorized third-party security auditors under strict non-disclosure agreements.
5. Your Rights
Authorized platform administrators hold the right to export, redact, or permanently delete operational contexts at any time. Individual users wishing to exercise their rights regarding personal identifiable information (PII) should contact their commanding operational administrator.
