Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CHECKMATE Crisis Management Command & Control platform (the "Platform") provided by Checkmate Systems ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Authorized Use
The Platform is strictly intended for use by authorized personnel, including law enforcement, defense institutions, intelligence firms, and enterprise risk departments. You represent and warrant that you possess the necessary legal authority to utilize this system for operational command and control.
2. Restrictions on Use
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Platform to:
- Conduct unauthorized surveillance or illegal intelligence gathering.
- Deploy the Scenario Designer or AI Agents for the explicit purpose of developing offensive cyber-capabilities against civilian infrastructure.
- Attempt to bypass the Google Cloud Armor WAF, reverse engineer the telemetry Pub/Sub architecture, or extract proprietary algorithms.
- Use the platform in any manner that violates international law or human rights protocols.
3. Autonomous Agent Liability
The Platform provides predictive tactical forecasting via AI models. While these agents process multi-modal intelligence, their outputs are advisory. Checkmate Systems claims no liability for physical, strategic, or financial damages resulting from operational decisions made based on AI forecasting. Human-in-the-loop oversight is strictly required for all asset deployment decisions.
4. Availability and SLA
We strive for 99.99% uptime utilizing Global External Application Load Balancing. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and hold no liability for operational delays caused by external network failures or acts of God.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to any operational context if we detect a breach of these Terms, unauthorized data exfiltration attempts, or abuse of the infrastructure.
